Gesche is a seasoned founder, community-builder, advisor, and investor. She founded Dreamers & Doers, one of the first community businesses, and spent 12 years growing it into an award-winning community and PR engine amplifying extraordinary women entrepreneurs, investors, and leaders—building a thriving ecosystem of over 35,000 women globally.

In June 2026, Dreamers & Doers was acquired by one of its longtime members. Gesche is currently dedicating her time to AI projects and exploration ahead of her next venture.

Gesche's views on the tech space, and beyond, have been featured on Bloomberg TV, CNNMoney, Business Insider, Forbes, Fortune Magazine, The New York Times, Refinery29, and Broadly/Vice, among other major outlets, as well as through the United Nations, where she spoke during the sixtieth session of the Commission on the Status of Women.

Prior to founding Dreamers & Doers, Gesche held senior positions at several venture-backed startups in roles covering growth, strategy, finance, business operations, and business development. She also spent five years as an investor at a healthcare-focused hedge fund (~$3bn AUM, a SAC spin-off).

Gesche is half German, half Chinese-Malaysian, and was born in Swaziland, Africa. She currently lives in Jackson Hole with her two wild kids, husband, and dog Goose.
